Pelvic floor exercises help to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, but here at Kegel8 we know you need them to be fast, effective and safe. We tick all those boxes with the Kegel Weights Exercise Set, because the patented Indicator Wand shows you that you have the muscles within your grasp!

Resistance training begins with endurance or ‘slow Kegels’ to strengthen the ‘slow twitch fibres’ responsible for prolonged bladder and bowel control, so you can get to the toilet in time or last longer through the night. You’ll exercise to keep the weighted ball in place, but also to move the Indicator Wand down – we want 10 repetitions – THAT’S ALL! Then ‘fast Kegels’ for the ‘fast twitch fibres’. These are the muscle fibres which spring into action when you laugh, cough or sneeze.

Clinical studies show that after 6 weeks, Kegel Weights reduce leaks in postmenopausal women but, more importantly, the women reported an improvement in their quality-of-life too and that shows the importance of a strong pelvic floor.

Delivery Duties

Any customs or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by you and we have no control over them. We put no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel, however, if customs choose that your order is not permissible, the item(s) can be seized. Unfortunately in this case the cost of your order cannot be refunded.

Please note: Due to customs regulations, batteries cannot be included with international orders of our toners. However, a 9V battery is easy to find at any supermarket or online retailer.

Returns

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Whether it’s the wrong size, or you just want to return it, we will be happy to offer an alternative or a refund. We give 30 days (from date of receipt) to return an item.

If the item is faulty/damaged, you’ll receive a FULL refund. However, if the item is no longer suitable or you have changed your mind, a small postage charge of £3.95 will be deducted. Please ensure unwanted items are unopened, unused, and everything is in a re-saleable condition; if the probe has been used, the price of the probe will be deducted from your order.
