Your Kegel8 Electronic Pelvic Toner is supplied with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty as standard which covers the unit only. For added protection and peace of mind, you can purchase this additional 1 year of cover for your pelvic toner unit, taking your warranty up to 3 years. If your unit becomes faulty due to a manufacturing defect within 3 years, we will replace it completely free of charge.

As with the standard 2 year warranty, you are covered for manufacturing defects only to the main pelvic toner unit. This warranty does not cover probes, lead wires, electrode pads or batteries, which will need to be replaced as necessary due to general wear and tear from regular usage.

For international orders we offer 2 delivery options. For your peace of mind all our items will be sent with tracking so you can easily keep an eye on your order. Shipping costs vary depending on territory, overs over £165 will be subject to a cheaper shipping rate.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) For EU & Ireland Customers

If you live in the EU or Ireland and are worried that you may face VAT & import charges on your order, don’t panic! Kegel8 has changed carriers specifically so that they can pay any & all additional fees upfront.

International (Non EU) Deliveries

Please Note: Any customs or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by you and we have no control over them.

Returns

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Whether it’s the wrong size, or you just want to return it, we will be happy to offer an alternative or a refund. We give 30 days (from date of receipt) to return an item.

If the item is faulty/damaged, you’ll receive a FULL refund. However, if the item is no longer suitable or you have changed your mind, a small postage charge of £2 will be deducted. Please ensure unwanted items are unopened, unused, and everything is in a re-saleable condition.
